If for any reason you are unable to attend your program, you may cancel your registration for a full refund 60 days or more before the program start date, or you may transfer to any another available program, provided that the program you wish to transfer to is on our current list of scheduled Disney Institute programs, or you may designate a substitute to attend the original program in your place. If you cancel your registration between 59 and 30 days before the program start date, there is no refund. However, you may transfer your registration to any another available program provided that the program you wish to transfer to is on our current list of scheduled Disney Institute programs. There is a $100.00 fee for these transfers. Inside of 30 days before the program start date, you may not transfer your reservation and cancellation will result in no refund of your program cost.

No reimbursements will be made if you fail to attend all or part of your scheduled program.

The cancellation of any program by the Disney Institute will result in a full refund of any monies paid toward that program. You may, however, elect to retain any room nights, additional room nights and park admission tickets you purchased with the program. The costs associated with those room nights and/or tickets will be deducted from the program refund amount you receive.
