What information will you
send me after I register?
When
you register, you will receive a letter or
email outlining your program and options,
an invoice, the type of payments accepted
and a credit card use authorization form
which can be returned by fax, mail or
e-mail.
When
we receive payment, you will receive by
mail or e-mail a package with the program
agenda and pre-program materials, travel
information, a paid invoice and other
materials related to your program.
